Introducing The Capri Artisan Cheese Press

The Capri Artisan Cheese Press will start you on the wonderful journey of making delicious, healthy cheese for you and your family. The cheese press is made from USDA approved food grade materials and stainless steel. It is very simple and easy to use, and even easier to clean with everyday dish washing soap. The Capri includes both a 4" and a 6" hoop, so you can make different size cheeses, depending on how much milk you want to use.

The Capri Artisan Cheese Press is carefully crafted at Able Oaks Ranch. We use this same model to make our own cheese on a regular basis.
